To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it should remain in the
exact condition as when it was originally received, unused, and still in its unaltered, original packaging. Please ensure your return package includes all accompanying items, such as user manuals, parts, and accessories. Regrettably, any return showing signs of being opened, used, or damaged will immediately forfeit eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Our return policy does not extend to instances of a change of mind or compatibility issues (if
the product packaging has been unsealed). It is essential to thoroughly verify that your device is indeed compatible with our chargers and accessories prior to your purchase. Please note that all returns should be dispatched to our warehouse in the United States for processing

Return

To start a return, please log in and request a return Begin the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned items should include all accessories and parts in the box as delivered. Any missing items will void the 30-day money-back guarantee. 

After approval

If your return request is approved, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees, including a minimum restocking fee of $10 USD, which may range from 10% to 25% of the order value. It's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any customs
duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return. If the return package is
stuck in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover additional costs. We
will not be responsible for collecting packages stuck in customs or any
associated fees. 

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate
the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns
about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded
on your original payment method. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day. Please remember that your bank or credit card
company can process and post the refund.
